Do I Qualify For Services?

Eligibility requirements that need to be met in order to receive services include the following:

  1. The applicant needs to be a U.S. citizen or legally admitted immigrant
  2. Assistance is provided for individuals at 125% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines

What Do I Need To Apply?

  • State issued picture identification
  • Social Security cards for all household members
  • Proof of income for the last 30 days (e.g. paycheck stubs, award letters from TANF, SNAP, Supplemental Security Income, or Social Security Disability)
  • Copy of your most recent utility bill (for utility assistance only)
  • Current lease and mortgage statement along with the late notice (for housing assistance only)

What Happens After I Apply?

Once you submit your application, you will be receive correspondence via email verifying the information has been received and is currently in process. You will only receive a call if there is an issue with your documents. A case manager will contact and inform you about next steps once eligibility is determined.
